/SUBJECT- SUPER DUDE/
/OPENING 1-3 FILES/
/It has been noted to my knowledge that Super Dude has been chosen to be used for experimental /projects.
/Something like this has been in question for a while now. Super Dude has been shown to be quite rash /and stubborn. The Superiors have agreed, but they still think he's perfect for this TOP SECRET PROJECT. /I'm not allowed to speak of it or what it's for.
/Super Dude seems to have ability's that would seem inhuman (or Super Human). He seems to have super strength, speed, vision, accuracy and shows signs of quick wit during battles.
/To my interest and everyone else's, I believe you should keep a close eye on Super Dude. His intelligent /mind can fool you, unless otherwise cooperation insures.
/OPENING FILES 2-3/
/Super Dude has been doing everything we have asked him to do. He has shown remarkable progress. /We believe now, will be able to begin taking the project forward.
/With permission, we would like to start the second phase of the experiment.
/OPENING FILES 3-3/
/We will inform you after we have discussed it in the next meeting. Right now, though, this project is too /dangerous for a phase 2 just yet. More research and resources is required, there's not enough money /left to fund it yet.
